Here’s helpful information to understand when your next box will arrive—and how to reschedule if needed: 

🗓️ Shipping Days
We only ship out boxes from Monday to Wednesday to make sure our boxes arrive cool and fresh, avoiding weekend delays. 

⏰ Mind the Cut-off
Orders placed after Tuesday at 8am will ship the following week. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend scheduling your billing date for the Sunday before the weekend you'd like to receive your box.

🚚 When Will It Arrive?
Expect your box to arrive between Wednesday and Friday. Want it earlier in the week? You'll need to schedule it to ship the week prior.
