If your payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry—you can easily update your payment method to keep your subscription active. Here's how:
Login to your member account
In the Next Billing Date section, click the “View Order Details” dropdown
You’ll see the current payment method assigned to your next charge—click “Edit Payment” and follow the prompts to add a new payment method
Alternatively:
Scroll down to the Addresses & Payment Details section
Click “Manage Payment Methods”
Follow the prompts to update or add a new payment method
To avoid delays, click "Order Today" after updating your payment method to instantly process your order.
