My tracking is not updating. What should I do?Updated a month ago

We create your shipping label shortly before we prepare and pack your box. If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, it’s likely your box is in the process of being prepared.

Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of your tracking link being generated. If it’s been more than a day with no movement, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to check on it for you!
