How do I update my shipping address?Updated 10 months ago

If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] or using our website chat feature. If the shipping label has already been created, we cannot guarantee the address can be updated.

Wine orders are shipped by our partner, Splash Wines. Please contact [email protected] for assistance if you need to update the shipping address on a wine order.

For future orders, log in to your account, select "Update My Info," or scroll down to the delivery address section and use the drop-down menu to update your address. Changes will be reflected in your next order.
