How do I update my shipping address?Updated a month ago

Important: Changes only apply to future orders. If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance. If your shipping label has already been created, we’ll do our best—but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make changes.

You can update your payment method anytime through your member portal. Here's how:

  1. Login to your member account

  2. In the Next Billing Date section, click the “View Order Details” dropdown

  3. You’ll see the current address your next order is set to be delivered to—click “Edit Address” and follow the prompts to update

Alternatively:

  1. Scroll down to the Addresses & Payment Details section

  2. Click “Manage Addresses”

  3. Follow the prompts to edit or delete addresses
