How do I switch to a different box size?Updated 3 months ago

You can update your box size anytime through your member portal. Here's How:

If you're on our standard subscription:

1. Login to to your member account
2. Scroll down to “Manage All Subscriptions.” 
3. You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions—click “Manage this subscription” on the one you'd like to update. 
4. From there, you can edit your box size and billing frequency. Just use the size dropdown to select your preferred option.
5. Click "Save Changes"

If you're on our customizable box:

1. Login to to your member account
2. Click “Customize” under the “Next Billing Date” section.
3. A pop-up will appear with your subscription details—click “Customize” again.
4. From there, you can edit your subscription type, curation style, box size, and billing frequency. Select your preferred size from the dropdown menu.
5. Click "Save".
