Log in to member account and choose ‘Skip’ to delay the subscription by the length of your order frequency, or choose ‘Reschedule’ to set a new billing date that better suits your schedule. This allows you to plan your delivery for when it’s most convenient.

Orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Any orders placed after Tuesday at 8:30 AM will ship the following week. We recommend setting your billing date to the Sunday of the week you'd like to receive it. Packages typically arrive between Wednesday and Friday.
