How can I skip a box shipment?Updated a month ago

You can skip an order anytime through your member portal. Here's how:

  1. Login to your member account
  2. In the Next Billing Date section, click the “Reschedule” next to your upcoming billing date 
  3. You’ll have the option to delay your order or select a specific billing date. 
  4. Once you click 'Save Changes' you'll be able to see your updated Estimated Delivery Date.

If you are on our standard subscription and are looking to skip a specific monthly box, ensure you reschedule to a billing date in a later month. Your curation is determined based on the month your order is billed. 

If you are on our customizable box and looking to skip a specific curation, here's how: 

  1. Login to to your member account
  2. Click “Customize” under the “Next Billing Date” section.
  3. A pop-up will appear with your subscription details—click “Customize” again.
  4. From there, you can edit your subscription type, curation style, box size, and billing frequency. Select your preferred curation from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click "Save".
