How can I skip a box shipment?Updated 3 months ago
You can skip an order anytime through your member portal. Here's how:
- Login to your member account
 - In the Next Billing Date section, click the “Reschedule” next to your upcoming billing date
 - You’ll have the option to delay your order or select a specific billing date.
 - Once you click 'Save Changes' you'll be able to see your updated Estimated Delivery Date.
 
If you are on our standard subscription and are looking to skip a specific monthly box, ensure you reschedule to a billing date in a later month. Your curation is determined based on the month your order is billed. 
If you are on our customizable box and looking to skip a specific curation, here's how: 
- Login to to your member account
 - Click “Customize” under the “Next Billing Date” section.
 - A pop-up will appear with your subscription details—click “Customize” again.
 - From there, you can edit your subscription type, curation style, box size, and billing frequency. Select your preferred curation from the dropdown menu.
 - Click "Save".
