How do I reschedule my upcoming order?Updated a month ago
You can update your payment method anytime through your member portal. Here's how:
Login to your member account
In the Next Billing Date section, click the “Reschedule” next to your upcoming billing date
You’ll have the option to delay your order or select a specific billing date.
Once you click 'Save Changes' you'll be able to see your updated Estimated Delivery Date.
If this date works for you, you're all set! Otherwise, click “Reschedule” to choose another date.
If you'd like to get your box as soon as possible, click "Order Today" to see the earliest available delivery window. If this delivery window does not fit your needs, please reach out to us as [email protected] and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
