How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 3 months ago

We’d be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription anytime through your member portal.

Follow these steps:

1. Login to to your member account
2. Scroll down to “Manage All Subscriptions.” 
3. You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions—click “Manage this subscription” on the one you'd like to update. 
4. From there, click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page. 
5. Follow the prompts to complete cancellation.
