What is the billing cycle for my subscription?Updated a month ago

Our billing cycle is flexible—you can choose to be billed every month, every 6 weeks, or every 8 weeks. Your billing frequency determines how often you’re charged and how often you receive a box.

You can view or update your billing cycle anytime through your member portal. You will also receive a reminder by email or text message 3 days before your billed.

How to View Your Billing Frequency

If you're on our standard subscription:

  1. Login to to your member account
  2. Scroll down to “Manage All Subscriptions.” 
  3. You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions with the current billing frequency. 
  4. If you'd like to adjust the frequency, click “Manage this subscription” on the one you'd like to update. 
  5. From there, you can edit your box size and billing frequency. Just use the frequency dropdown to select your preferred option.
  6. Click "Save Changes"

If you're on our customizable box:

  1. Login to to your member account
  2. Click “Customize” under the “Next Billing Date” section.
  3. A pop-up will appear with your subscription details. Here you can view your current frequency. 
  4. If you'd like to adjust the frequency, click “Customize” again.
  5. From there, you can edit your subscription type, curation style, box size, and billing frequency. Select your preferred frequency from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click "Save".
