Your prepaid plan automatically renews based on your selected order frequency once all your boxes have been delivered. Each renewal includes the same number of boxes at your prepaid price.

For example, if you have a 3-box plan with a 4-week delivery frequency, your plan renews every 12 weeks. Skipping or rescheduling a box will shift your renewal date. Shipping is charged separately each time an order is placed.

We’ll email you 3 days before each renewal with the upcoming charge amount, renewal date, and instructions on how to make changes.

Prefer not to renew? You can switch to a pay-per-box subscription anytime through your Member Account or cancel your subscription.
