Ingredients for each item in the AppyHour Box are listed on the product labels and in our tasting guides. Please note that our food is prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, soy, sesame, tree nuts, and shellfish. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free.
