You can easily view and manage your prepaid boxes through your Member Account. Check how many boxes you have remaining, view your next prepaid cycle, and make changes to your deliveries—all in one place.

Before each order is processed, you can customize your box by swapping, adding, or removing items. You can also skip a delivery or adjust your delivery frequency to better fit your schedule.

If you skip a delivery, your remaining prepaid boxes and renewal date will be adjusted accordingly. Don’t worry—you won’t lose any of your prepaid boxes!
