Yes. You can cancel anytime without a cancellation fee through your Member Account or by contacting our support team.

After cancellation, we'll email you to ask whether you'd like to receive your remaining prepaid boxes or request a partial refund for the boxes that haven't shipped.

Your refund is calculated by subtracting the regular price of the boxes you've already received and applicable shipping costs from the amount you originally paid.

You'll never owe more than the amount you originally paid, and refunds are processed within 30 days.

Example:

You paid $297 for a 3-box AppyHour Box – Large prepaid plan and have received one box. The regular price of one box is $109.

Based on the calculation, your partial refund would be $188.
